welcome to PJR  2010

Chris Holder (PJR GM) reclaimed the Australian Championship that he lost to Leigh Adams 12 months ago on Saturday January 9th at the Newcastle Showground, as series leader Troy Batchelor missed out on the A final he needed. By finishing 5th in the meeting, beaten by Holder's 2010 team mate Darcy Ward, Batchelor had to watch Holder, Cameron Woodward, Rory Schlein (PJR GM) and Ward contest the final race of a meeting that endured a lengthy delay due to track conditions.
Batchelor needed to place his faith in any of the three Holder rivals if he was to be crowned champion but Holder took the victory to seal the title by a single point.

Freddie Lindgren, PJR JRM, leads the 2009 world championship after the first round in Prague.

2005 Jawa head

at last we have received the long awaited new jawa cylinder head casting. This completely new casting has been machined to retain the original valve train layout. The ports and chamber were unfinished so we had plenty of material to play with!

this head was completed using PJR 35mm inlet & 30mm exhaust valves PJR springs & retainers & a prototype new PJR camshaft

a more stylish rocker cover competes the all new look

on the dyno to see if it works!

yes it does! superb spread of power

peak torque 43.53lbsft @ 8000 rpm

peak power 75.62 bhp @ 9500 rpm

torque & power corrected to S.A.E

There has been a lot of talk about the new GM head not working so well. After initial flowtesting & then dyno testing we found that this head did not respond well with  the same set ups as the previous round port model. That does not mean that this head is no good.... it just needs the correct porting & camshaft match.

we have modified these heads back to round port by machining & inserting a sleeve & then reporting. These modifictions have proved to be very successful.

This modification is available, call for details.......
